Shelley-Ann Pieterse works at the meeting point of performance, wellbeing, and governance, helping leaders sustain momentum without losing themselves. Based in Cape Town and working across regions, she is the Founder of Glimmer Coaching & Consulting and an executive coach to high-performing women who want standards that travel. Her perspective was forged at Accenture, where she spent more than two decades in transformation and technology leadership, culminating as Managing Director. She led SAP domain delivery across Southern Africa and previously spearheaded the Products client group’s technology consulting business, blending P&L stewardship with client advisory at pace. Those years taught her the operating rhythm behind durable results: disciplined planning, candid risk sense, and care for people. She is Chairperson of FARMING & HEALTH EDUCATION, stewarding nonprofit governance with stakeholders across Africa, and a Board Member at Prokope Akademy as it scales purpose-driven education across Southeast Asia.

Newly, she is Chairperson of the Board for author and speaker, Kerrie Phipps, aligning values-based growth with practical stewardship. She is also Board Advisor to the South African AI Olympiad, advancing youth education and talent development in a critical frontier field. Beyond formal roles, she mentors young women through Great Girls.
